On is reorganizing its commercial leadership, splitting the job into two separate roles as part of a broader effort to align the business more closely with its long-term consumer-focused strategy, the company said Tuesday.
As part of the change, Chief Commercial Officer Britt Olsen will leave the company at the end of September. Olsen has spent more than 10 years with On and will remain through a one-year transition period before exiting.
Rebecca Cai, currently general manager for APAC, has been promoted to chief global markets officer effective Sept. 1. In that role, she will oversee On’s geographic regions and global commercial teams, while continuing to lead APAC until a successor is named. Alice Delahunt, who has worked at Ralph Lauren and Burberry, is set to join On on Sept. 7 as chief customer officer, with responsibility for DTC channels and customer loyalty.
The leadership changes come a few months after On shifted to a new CEO structure, with co-founders David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti taking over after Martin Hoffmann’s departure. The company has continued to post strong sales growth, reporting first-quarter net sales of 831.9 million Swiss francs, up 14.5% from a year earlier, and it raised its profit outlook in May. On is also forecasting at least 23% annual net sales growth in 2026.
